Residents donate K-9 vest
Shandon residents raised money to purchase a bullet-proof vest for one of Columbia's K-9 officers. The funds were presented to City of Columbia police officers at the neighborhood meeting on May 14.
Shandon resident Polly Thompson led this effort after a police dog was shot in the line of duty. Thank you, Polly, and thanks to everyone who contributed.
